Renting a house sometimes can make you feel frustrating when you face the complicated procedure experience for you, this is because you're not sure about the rental process. To achieve customer needs, we summarise our past experience and key links for you as simply as possible.

Registered with us

In order to find your ideal house, we need to understand your needs as much as possible. This includes your budget, where you need to give us a certain amount of time to rent a house, and the type and size of the house you need according to the budget. You can online to register with us, or thought by facebook, whatsapp, we chat or  call to our office for any enquiry, let's our staff to make a clear record for your necessary. Once you completed the registration, we will inform you of your most ideal housing information according to you provided information.

On site to check house

See house time:12am-5pm(Monday to Friday)

1 day advance our staff by telephone/email to book for on site to check the house.

Our working time:12am-5pm(Monday to Friday)

Normally, we will accompany you to check, but the landlord may not attend with you. In somes cases, we need to make an appointment with the landlord in advance. We'll try to make it simple and flexible. Usually we keep the keys for visit if have spare time. In order to save time, please tell us the listing and intension for visit. After on site check the house, if you have any inquiry or feel interesting, please don't feel hesitate to contact with us at anytime.

Appointment order

If  you need to make appointment order for listing, you need to pay deposit which includes the first month rental fee and a deposit equivalent to one month rent. In case because of you fail to move in due to other reasons, we will use your deposit and the first month rent as our tenant approval fee to cover the loss caused by the reservation of the house.
