I have visited some houses and now I want to register what I am interested in. What should I do next?

Besides filling out the application form, what else do I need to provide?
Yes, you need to provide additional three documents from each student to support your application form details as below:
1) ID card - and one of the following document is necessary : passport/ drive license / birth certificate (choose only one).
2) Your student funding letter, which is used to prove that you have enough funds to complete the lease.
3) To make sure you are a student. You need to provide a copy of your unconditional admission notice, which contains your student number to prove that you are a full-time student.
Do I need to pay a deposit? Then how much is it?
Yes, all housing rentals require a deposit. Generally the house deposit for 3 or more is £200 per person. The deposit for a single or double apartment also uses one month's rent as the deposit. All the above deposits are held by DPS which through the government supported deposit protection service. Please be assured that your deposit is in compliance with the current legislative protection
How long is the contract? How long is a cycle?
Our contract generally covers 44 weeks which start in mid of August and end in mid of June of next year. However, we will try to negotiate with the landlord according to your needs for your plan be flexible.
How should I pay my rent?
Payment method: cash / direct debit / transfer (support international remittance and domestic remittance)
How can I pay rent by monthly?
We allow approval of some students pay it by monthly.
Does the rent include water, electricity, gas, etc.?
There are 2 types already prepared. Including water, electricity, gas and internet in your house. And normally, the rent is only for the rent, and you used energy costs are paid by you. Some of landlords will include the energy fee in the contract which will be indicated on your contract for details.
Do you accept international students?
Yes, we have a different type of apartments and houses to suit each different student, its location surrounding from the city centre. In some cases, we may need to require international students to pay the rent in advance.
Can I smoke or keep pets in the rental house?
We have a strict prohibition of smoking indoors. Pets are generally not accepted.
Are the apartment on the site safe?
All our apartments have a detailed inspection checklist, which includes gas, smoke system and fire alarm system inspections, a valid electrical safety certificate and ensure that all furniture is in compliance with safety standards.
How should I protect and maintenance ? And what guidance can you give me?
Once you rent our apartment，we will provide special repair contract with details, emergency and regular repairs. Our staff will also guide you and assist you if necessary.
